Brief introduction of the development of Tremella polysaccharides: together with Prof. Zheng Mingfeng from the College of Food Science, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, for the first time, the purely physical method was used to industrially produce Tremella polysaccharides, and the regulation of the reaction conditions of Tremella fuciformis and the white fungus were realized by fully automatic regulation of reaction conditions. The precise regulation of the molecular weight of polysaccharides, the existing 1.3 million and 800,000 molecular weight tremella polysaccharide products, are widely used in cosmetics and high-end foods.
